Flowers are always in fashion for wedding cakes.
The trend for 2016 is wedding cake flowers that have
accents of whimsical beautiful coloured foliage.
The key is balance of size, shape and colour.
One of my favourite leaves are the beetleweed, they
can be an array of colours and their natural shapes can be tubular, cupped, and flat. They almost have a floral appearance that is hypnotic!
