In memory of my grandmother, I created these sweet and lovely
Wedgwood teacup cookies. My grandma and
I would talk for hours having hibiscus tea
(using her teacups) as she told me astonishing
stories about her life. I was blessed to have that time with her; she passed at the age 101.
These cookies would be excellent for a Mother’s day brunch, Easter day treats, or wedding favors.
