This year I was blessed to be have the opportunity to visit Melbourne Australia during end February and beginning of March; and since it was summer in Australia (32• C or 90*F, and it was approaching spring when I came back to the states, I missed the really bad bomb cyclone! More importantly i met the sweet people andI saw the most beautiful flowers, including Sweet Peas, which inspired this cookie!
