Intermediate Level:
Dimensional Watercolor Red Robin Playing Santa Cookie Art Class is an intermediate condensed version of full course at 5ᵗʰ Avenue’s Cookie Art Academy.
Meet my new friend Royce the Red Robin, he decided to play Santa this Christmas! This is an intermediate course, we will first dimensionally pressure pipe our handsome red robin, once the icing has dried we will move to painting realistically. Royce has loads of subtle brown and neutral shades- in addition to Royce’s large orange/red chest. Learning the different hues, placement, and order they need to be painted can be challenging, but so rewarding!
Bobbie recommends you have a few other Intermediates under your belt, Snowy the Red Robin Course is a good one, prior to this class
Once your handsome red robin’s, royal icing has dried we will move to watercolor painting. Royce has loads of subtle brown and neutral shades- in addition to Royce’s large orange/red chest.
Learning the different hues, placement, and order they need to be painted can be challenging, but so rewarding! Bobbie recommend you attempt Snowy the Red Robin Course prior to this class
At the North Pole it is time to get down to business, Santa Claus is working hard, no time to chat, he’s reading his list (and checking it twice) from children all over the world!
Royce Red Robin must be on his best for this year Santa asked Royce to join him on his sleigh, delivering Christmas cheer! I love sharing all I have learned through years of practice, developing, and designing my fool proof method to creating works of stunning cookie art! As a 5th Avenue Cookie Art Academy student you will acquire the knowledge, the skills, as well as learning my secrets, and techniques I use for pressure piping, sculpting with royal icing, realistic painting, and assembling! I have painstakingly prepared each course to build on the next, by including detailed instructions, photos, recipes, a list of materials, and supplies, all ready and waiting for you (Every Course is included with registration)!
Let the magic of Christmas open your creativity!
