ice cream cookies are the next best thing!
I am excited to share with you how I decorate my strawberry ice cream cone and popsicle cookies!
Decorating cookies inspired by food is a favorite technique of mine.
It is fun and relaxing!
Supplies Needed For This Project:

Equipment:
• Decorating nozzle #1, PME or Wilton
• Decorating nozzle #2, PME or Wilton
• Decorating nozzle #3, PME or Wilton
• Wilton 12″ decorating bags
• Tipless piping bag
• Scribe Tool
• Paper towel
• Damp cloth
Materials:
Sugar cookie recipe
• Royal icing recipe
• Food colour
Colours are Wilton Color right, for combination
Royal icing Consistencies:
Flood consistency 12 second
Soft peak
Off-peak, for the bows

Colour Combination Recipes:
Cone: 1/2 toothpick pink
1/2 toothpick brown
Pink ice cream: 1/4 toothpick pink
Strawberry chips:1 1/2 drops pink
Chocolate brown: 1 drop crimson, 1 drop orange,
1 drop red, and 6 drops brown

with mini chocolate chips in the icing!
Add a little mint extract for a pop flavor!
