a perfect time to share my Vintage Halloween Cookie tutorial.
For these cookies I used soft consistency icing to ice the cookies.
I will show you to achieve a lovely smooth iced cookie
with dimension using this thicker consistency.
I find using soft consistency icing dries faster and remains soft!
