Floral topiary Cookies

I love to pressure pipe with royal icing,
it is an impressive prodigious technique.
I created these pressure piped floral topiary cookies, for this video,

Floral topiary Cookies

For the background colour I mixed the food gel with lemon extract.
For the painting on the topiaries, I mixed the food gel with water.
